What is The Nation's return policy?
The Nation will accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
All items must be unopened and in new condition. Returned merchandise that meets this criteria is eligible for a full refund, less shipping and handling. Customer is responsible for return shipping, unless the item was defective or damaged.
Please email us with the following to initiate a return:
- Your name
- Your address
- Your email address and phone number
- Order number
- Order date
- Item(s) returning
- Reason for return
And a customer service representative will contact you with further information.
Please note, calendars may not be returned after January 1 of the calendar year.
What is your backorder policy?
As a small business, we have limited inventory on many of our items. While we do our best to keep inventory updated in real time, occasionally items appearing on our website will be out of stock. If this is the case, we will contact you as soon as possible to adjust your order, and of course, we will refund any charges related to out-of-stock items. Thank you for understanding.
